Agricultural Labourers' Pension (Kerala)
The Agricultural Labourers' Pension is a social security pension scheme provided by the Government for agricultural workers. The objective of the scheme is to provide basic financial assistance to agricultural labourers who are unable to work due to old age.
Under the scheme, eligible beneficiaries receive ₹2,000 per month.
Applications must be submitted online through the following website:

Eligibility Criteria
The applicant's family annual income should not exceed ₹1,00,000.
The applicant must be 60 years of age or above.
The applicant should not be a service pensioner or family pension recipient. (This condition does not apply to those receiving Ex-gratia or NPS pension up to ₹4,000.)
The applicant must have been a permanent resident of Kerala for at least 10 years.
The applicant should not be an income tax payer.
The applicant must have worked as an agricultural labourer under a landowner for at least 10 years.
The applicant or the applicant's family should not own more than two acres of land. (This condition does not apply to applicants belonging to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category.)
The applicant must be a member of the Agricultural Labour Welfare Fund.
The applicant or the applicant's family should not own a non-taxi four-wheeler (or larger vehicle) with an engine capacity exceeding 1000 cc, except for an Ambassador car.
The applicant should not be a plantation worker.
The applicant should not receive salary, pension, or family pension from the Central Government or any State Government.
The applicant must be destitute.
The applicant should not be a retired employee of a Central or State Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) receiving pension or family pension under the institution's pension scheme.
Applicants receiving other social welfare pensions are not eligible (except persons with disabilities). A person is eligible to receive a maximum of two pensions, including EPF pension.
The applicant should not receive social security pensions from different Local Self-Government Institutions.
The applicant should not be a beggar.
The applicant should not be an inmate of a destitute home.
The application must be submitted to the Local Self-Government Institution where the applicant permanently resides.
The applicant should not own or reside in a modern concrete house with a built-up area exceeding 2,000 square feet and modern flooring.
Documents Required for Agricultural Labourers' Pension
Applicants must submit the following documents:
Relieving Certificate issued by the Agricultural Labour Welfare Fund Board.
Age Proof Certificate.
Permanent Residence Certificate.
Income Certificate certified by the Village Officer.
Aadhaar Card.
Electoral Photo Identity Card (Voter ID Card).
Ration Card.
Bank Passbook (applicable only if the applicant opts to receive the pension through a bank account).
EPF Passbook or related documents (applicable only for applicants receiving an EPF pension of less than ₹4,000 per month).
Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme (IGNOAPS)
The Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme (IGNOAPS) is a social security pension scheme implemented by the Government of India. It is a component of the National Social Assistance Programme (NSAP) under the Ministry of Rural Development. The scheme aims to provide monthly financial assistance to economically disadvantaged senior citizens.
Under the scheme, eligible beneficiaries receive ₹2,000 per month.

Eligibility Criteria
The applicant's family annual income should not exceed ₹1,00,000.
The applicant must be destitute.

Death Certificate of the husband / Certificate stating that the husband has been missing for 7 years or has abandoned the applicant (applicable for applicants who have completed 50 years of age).
Permanent Residence Certificate proving that the applicant has been residing in Kerala for at least 2 years at the time of application.
Income Certificate.
Aadhaar Card Copy.
Electoral Photo Identity Card (Voter ID Card) Copy.
Ration Card Copy.
Bank Passbook Copy (applicable only if the applicant opts to receive the pension through a bank account).
Self-certificate/affidavit proving that the applicant has not remarried.
EPF Passbook or related documents (applicable only for applicants receiving an EPF pension of less than ₹4,000 per month).
