Operation Toofan 2.0 – Panchayat-Level Inauguration
As part of the state-level inauguration of Operation Toofan 2.0, the Panchayat-level inauguration was held on 28 September 2026.
The programme was presided over by Shri. T. Rudheesh, Chairman of the Development Affairs Standing Committee, Keezhallur Grama Panchayat, and inaugurated by Smt. Vanajakshi V. V., Vice President of Keezhallur Grama Panchayat.
Following the inauguration, Shri. Noushad Moopan, Sub-Inspector, Mattannur Police Station, conducted a drug awareness class at the Keezhallur Grama Panchayat Hall.
As part of the programme, a Drug-Free Pledge, hoisting of the Toofan Flag, and distribution of badges to the Toofan Warriors were also conducted.
